1. What this website collects
This website collects no personal information from visitors directly. There is no contact form, no account registration and no advertising cookie. Visit statistics are aggregated only in a way that does not identify individual visitors.
2. Information collected through messenger consultation
When you start a consultation on KakaoTalk, LINE or WeChat, that service’s own privacy policy applies alongside this one. During consultation we collect and use the information you choose to share — name, contact details, travel dates, the areas of treatment you are interested in — for the purpose of advising you and introducing hospitals.
3. Purpose of use
Information collected is used only to respond to your enquiry, introduce partner hospitals and support booking, arrange associated services such as interpretation, accommodation and transport, and to report international patient figures as required by Korean law. It is not used for any other purpose.
4. Sharing with third parties
We pass the minimum information necessary for booking and treatment to the partner hospital you have decided to visit, and only that hospital. Before we do, we tell you which information goes where and ask for your agreement. We share with no other third party except where the law requires it.
5. Retention
Consultation records are kept for three years after the consultation ends and then destroyed. Records relating to international patient figures under the Act on Support for Overseas Expansion of Healthcare System and Attraction of International Patients are kept for the period that Act prescribes.
6. Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, deletion of, or suspension of processing of your information at any time. Contact us at the details below and we will act without delay.
